Public Business Directory Information

Certain business information displayed in our directory is intentionally public. This includes business names, service categories, cities served, phone numbers, website links, email addresses, descriptions, business hours, photos, logos, and other information that business owners choose to publish on their listing. Directory listings may also include information compiled from publicly available sources such as online business directories and company websites.

Information Submitted by Business Owners

When a business owner claims a listing or manages their profile, we may collect:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Relationship to the business (owner, manager, employee, authorized representative)
• Business name, address, and service information
• Claim and verification submissions, including optional notes
• Logo and cover image uploads
• Business hours, credentials, and service-area selections

Account and Authentication Information

To provide business-owner account access, we use Supabase for authentication. We collect email addresses and authentication credentials necessary to create and manage accounts. Account creation links are sent to verified business owners via email.

Community and Form Submissions

When you join the Park Place Home Services Community or submit forms on our site, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email, phone, city, ZIP code, business details, and any optional notes or consents you select.

Subscription and Transaction Information

When you subscribe to Park Place Verified or other paid offerings, we may collect transaction-related information such as your billing name, email, subscription plan, billing period, and payment status. Payment card details are processed securely through our third-party payment providers and are not directly stored by Park Place.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and pages visited. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve our platform. We may also use cookies, analytics, and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services.

• Verify business ownership and manage claim requests
• Provide business-owner account access and dashboard functionality
• Process Park Place Verified subscriptions and Growth Partnership inquiries
• Send communications related to listings, claims, account access, and directory services
• Conduct outreach to businesses that may benefit from being listed in our directory
• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, and policy violations
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We use third-party services to operate our platform. Your information may be processed by these providers under their own privacy and security practices:

• Supabase — Used for database storage, authentication, and file storage for business media.
• GoHighLevel — Used for CRM, contact management, automated communications, workflow automation, and form processing.
• Stripe / HighLevel Payments — Used to securely process payment information for Park Place Verified subscriptions and other paid offerings. Park Place does not directly store full payment-card details.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers, and Park Place does not directly store full payment-card details.

4. How Information May Be Shared

Public directory listing information is visible to all website visitors by design. Private account and contact information is shared only with our third-party service providers as necessary to operate the platform, and as required by law. We may share information in response to legal requests, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or harm.

5. Email Communications and Unsubscribe

You may receive emails from us related to your listing, claim status, account access, subscription, or business outreach. If you no longer wish to receive outreach emails, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails. You may also contact us directly to request that we stop sending you specific communications.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, analytics tools, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how you interact with our website, remember preferences, and improve our services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Some features of our website may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

7. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret these signals, we do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to them. We will continue to review applicable standards and update this policy as needed.

We retain business directory listings and account information for as long as the listing is active or the account is in use. We may retain claim and verification records for a reasonable period for record-keeping. Deleted or deactivated listings may be retained in a soft-deleted state for administrative purposes. We retain technical and usage logs only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information using industry-standard practices. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. Authentication and database operations are handled through Supabase, which provides its own security infrastructure.

10. Your Rights

Business owners may update their published listing information through their account dashboard. You may request correction or removal of your information by contacting us. Subject to applicable law, you may also request access to, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

11. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
